The value for money at Llanerchydol Hall was unbeatable, with a huge, stylish apartment that was three times bigger than my flat in Brecon. The location was peaceful and serene, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and old trees. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The morning meal could have been improved by offering a clearer explanation about what was included and providing basic amenities such as a fridge and milk for tea and coffee.

Self-catering facilities were absolutely mind-blowing. The grounds were stunning, offering a jaw-dropping tranquil setting with amazing views. The restored rooms were decorated to an exceptional high standard. The historical building, undergoing restoration, did not interfere with our relaxation. The remoteness added to the charm, and exploring the massive amount of land was a delight. The friendly reception from the owner made us feel right at home. The place is already excellent to visit, but will be perfect for wellbeing retreats. Our tastefully furnished apartment had original features and contemporary twists. The nearby pub was a bonus, offering great food and a selection of local real ales. The hall's location was also convenient for visiting Powis Castle, home to one of the best gardens in the UK. The huge bedroom exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and furnishings, all at a very reasonable price.

Wow! The self-catering facilities were top-notch and the grounds were absolutely stunning. The views were breathtaking and I couldn't stop taking pictures. Plus, the beautifully restored rooms were incredibly stylish and comfortable. I also loved the historical vibe of the building.
The lack of logs for the log burner was a bummer, especially since the room was so spacious and it would have been cozy to have a fire. Lastly, the staff could have been more attentive in terms of cleanliness and communication.

Our stay at Llanerchydol Hall was truly unforgettable. The moment we stepped into our suite, we were blown away by the beautiful and unique design. The courtyard garden added a charming touch to the already stunning space. The bathroom was luxurious and the bedroom was cozy and comfortable. Ben, one of the owners, warmly welcomed us and allowed us to explore the rest of the property. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with sheep grazing and ancient oak trees dotting the landscape. We even had the chance to witness a shaman drumming group meeting, which added a touch of magic to our stay. The local pub, just a walk down the drive, offered delicious food and a wide selection of ales. We also appreciated the proximity to Powis Castle, which had breathtaking gardens. Despite some ongoing restoration work, the overall experience was fantastic. We left feeling grateful for the opportunity to be part of the story of this special place. I highly recommend Llanerchydol Hall for a unique and memorable stay amidst stunning surroundings.

The double room at Llanerchydol Hall was super cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The electric kettle came in handy for making hot drinks, and the bathrobe made us feel like we were in a fancy spa. The sofa was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Although we loved our stay at Llanerchydol Hall, the only thing we didn't particularly like was that the suite didn't have a fireplace. We personally enjoy the ambiance and warmth that a fireplace brings, but we understand that others may not mind its absence.
